DIGIMAT is designed for fast and accurate prediction of nonlinear behavior of multi-component materials, such as plastics, polymers, carbon - and glass-fibre reinforced plastics, nanomaterials, etc. for accurate assessment of local and global behavior of multicomponent structures using the finite element method, for the preparation, storage and confidential exchange of models of materials, for easy and efficient design of cellular sandwich panels. Also DIGIMAT presents to the user a number of interfaces to finite element software systems computer engineering (ANSYS, LS-DYNA, SIMULIA/Abaqus and others)intended for computer simulation and study of problems of mechanics of deformable solids, mechanics of structures and software system of finite-element modeling of casting processes plastics (Moldex3D, Moldflow and others).

Module Digimat-MF is designed for the analytical prediction of nonlinear behavior of materials
The module is designed for homogenization and allows to analytically predict the nonlinear mechanical, thermal and electrical macroscopic properties of multicomponent materials based on the properties of the components and data on the microstructure of the material (volumetric concentration of the components, the size and orientation of the fibers).
Digimat-MF - high-precision, efficient and easy to learn and use. In Digimat-MF is available nonlinear material model. Microstucture material includes reinforcing components, multilayer, ellipsoidal reinforcing inclusions.

Module Digimat-FE is designed for accurate prediction of the local / global nonlinear behavior of multi-component materials based on the application of the finite element method( FEM) and realistic Representative Volume Elements (PEO; RVE - Representative Volume Element).
Created in Digimat-FE the FE model used for calculations in software systems EC analysis. Digimat-FE has a wide range of functions, which allow to simulate the complicated microstructure of the material at a reasonable cost of computer resources. This module allows you to define components of composite materials, microstructure, generate PEO and set its loading, etc.

The Material eXchange system is used to develop, store, retrieve, and secure exchange of models of materials between DIGIMAT material suppliers and end users. Digimat-MX is based on complex databases of materials, allowing to identify the parameters of the material and to Supplement missing data on the basis of a limited number of experiments.

Interfaces Digimat-CAE allow accurate prediction of the behavior of composite materials and reinforced plastics using the nonlinear multi-scale modeling.
Digimat-CAE centralizes the interfaces between Digimat-MF, modeling, molding and software systems EC analysis. Digimat-CAE is used to adequately construct nonlinear micromechanical models of multi-component materials based on linear or non-linear FE analysis and the accounting process. Digimat-CAE eliminates communicates between the software simulation of injection molding and software systems EC analysis by taking into account the microstructure of the material (for example, fibre orientation, filling, form).
There are two modules Digimat-CAE:Injection, designated for casting, Structural, designed for structural analysis.

Module Digimat-MAP is a software shell and 3D transformations used for transmission of fiber orientation, residual stresses, temperatures and lines of junction between the grids of simulation programs molding and nets software systems EC analysis. Digimat-MAP allows us to estimate the difference between the start and end of the converted solution. Digimat-MAP allows engineers-strength tests to use the best type of mesh required for efficient and accurate FE analysis.

Module Digimat-Micross - precise and easy-to-use software designed to create a composite sandwich panels using numerical tests on bending and shear. The material can be set at the level of the Composite/Component (macro-level) or at the level of Fibers/Cells. Module Micross can use as analysts and design engineers with no experience in the micromechanics and FE modeling
The main features of the module Micross: setting frame (accounting structure, properties of materials, accounting for the fiber), the creation of the FE model (automatic generation of mesh according to the selected grinding, different loading), setting the internal component, the honeycomb structure or a foam), integrated processing of the results (post-processing), the presence of indicators of destruction, to automatically generate HTML report.
