Actually the Sophistry Ambient Synthesizer is .a CronoX3 instrument..
This means that its a CronoX3 with a custom GUI and a complete new set
of sounds. When you purchase Sophistry you get the instrument software,
that is 100% sound compatible with the CronoX3 instrument software and
offers exactly the same possibilities to tweak sounds or build sounds
from scratch as the CronoX3. The sounds of Sophistry are 100% new
sounds, made by Particular Sound exclusivel for the Sophistry
instrument, based on more than 5 Gb of samples. The Sophistry sounds
can be loaded into CronoX 3 (and vice versa, CronoX3 sounds can be
loaded in the Sophistry Ambient Synthesizer).
